Senior Director, Supply Chain and Finance

This executive role serves is responsible for leading the strategic direction and performance of our supply chain, sourcing, planning, inventory management, and manufacturing financial operations. The ideal candidate combines deep operational expertise with strong financial acumen and a proven ability to lead transformation, improve profitability, and drive operational excellence across complex manufacturing environments.

What You’ll Do

Lead Supply Chain & Manufacturing Strategy

• Develop and execute integrated supply chain, manufacturing, and financial strategies that support company growth and operational objectives.
• Lead long-range planning, capacity planning, and business transformation initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement programs focused on productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on operational and financial performance.

Drive End-to-End Supply Chain Excellence

• Lead procurement, strategic sourcing, production planning, inventory management, logistics, warehousing, and demand planning functions.
• Optimize supply chain operations to improve service levels, reduce lead times, and control total landed costs.
• Build and strengthen strategic supplier partnerships while driving cost, quality, and delivery improvements.
• Develop inventory strategies that balance customer service requirements with working capital objectives.
• Implement risk management and business continuity strategies across the supply chain.

Advance Financial Performance

• Partner closely with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and operational performance analysis.
• Lead initiatives focused on margin expansion, cost management, and operational profitability.
• Analyze operational and financial metrics to identify risks, opportunities, and business insights.
• Develop business cases supporting capital investments, automation, and growth initiatives.
• Contribute to improvements in EBITDA, cash flow, and return on invested capital.

Build High-Performing Teams

• Lead and develop a team of supply chain and operations professionals.
• Establish talent development and succession planning strategies.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Lead change management efforts that support process improvement and organizational transformation.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, supply chain management, sourcing, and operational financial strategy.
• Proven success leading complex manufacturing operations and integrated supply chain organizations.
• Experience driving large-scale business transformation, cost optimization, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and strategic planning.
• Deep expertise in supply chain planning, procurement, inventory optimization, logistics, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
• Experience leveraging ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex operational and financial data into compelling business insights and actionable recommendations.
• Proven track record of building high-performing teams and leading organizational change.
• Up to 20% domestic and international travel
