Carlie Gonsalvez

Project and Administrative Coordinator

Carlie was happily brought on to the SCM Talent Group team in February 2022 as the Project and Administrative Coordinator being tasked with connecting each department to the company’s goals and keeping the team on track.  

Preceding SCM Talent Group, Carlie started her career with Wells Fargo Bank, where she spent ten years progressing up the ladder. In her various roles at the bank, she was responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, developing a team around ethical and quality sales, and taking lead on various initiatives. While balancing the responsibilities of a branch, Carlie immersed herself in the community by attending monthly meetings of the local businesses, participating in regular neighborhood volunteer events, and spending time getting to know members of the community. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater with a B.A. in History, Emphasis in Public History. Outside of work, Carlie enjoys spending time on the trail with her husband and their two dogs, Max and Maya, in the mountains of Western North Carolina.
