Jay Morrison

Jay Morrison is a Talent Acquisition (TA) Leader who brings 18 years of experience in both Executive Search and Corporate TA Leadership. At SCM Talent Group, Jay is responsible for overseeing short- and long-term strategies for the Supply Chain Recruiting Team while leading critical executive-level searches.

Jay started his career in the Staffing Industry before quickly moving into Executive Search where he was focused on talent delivery for multiple clients within Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Engineering.

In 2013 Jay joined HD Supply, a Fortune 500 Industrial Distributor as a Senior Recruiter. Through multiple promotions, he was eventually tasked with leading the TA function while serving as the Executive Recruiter for the business. After departing HD Supply, Jay was the Global Head of TA for NCR Corporation before moving on to Eastman as their Global TA Leader.

Jay has a passion for developing unique solutions for solving complex Supply Chain talent challenges. Jay received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Parks and Recreation Management from Northern Arizona University.
