Kristin Weeks

Kristin joined SCM Talent Group in 2025, bringing a people-first approach, strong business acumen, and hands-on operational experience to support cross-functional operations and growth initiatives. Partnering closely with leadership, marketing, and recruiting teams, she helps uplevel processes, clarify goals, and build scalable systems that enable teams to do their best work as the business grows. Her work is grounded in organizational development, with a focus on strengthening both performance and engagement. 

Kristin's career has been shaped by a deep curiosity about people and how organizations function. She holds a degree in Psychology from UNC Asheville and spent nearly a decade co-owning and operating a specialty retail business, guiding it through rapid growth, COVID-era supply chain disruption, and a successful acquisition. Building on that foundation, she has worked across project development, recruiting, people operations, and marketing, coordinating complex initiatives across internal teams and external partners. Together, these experiences sharpened her leadership capabilities, operational judgment, and ability to bring operational rigor and relationship-building together to help organizations grow with clarity and purpose. Committed to continuous improvement, Kristin is currently pursuing her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.  

Based in Asheville for over 20 years, she spends her time with family and friends, getting outside with her dog Opal, tending her garden, sweating through hot yoga, and chasing live music whenever possible.
