The primary responsibility of this role was to plan production lines for small aerospace parts, with a focus on delivering products to clients on time and adhering to lean manufacturing principles. Efficiency was a key objective, ensuring production processes were optimized. While the position had minimal supervisory responsibilities, it required cross-functional collaboration with purchasing teams to ensure all necessary supplies were available for production. Proficiency in high-level ERP systems was also crucial for monitoring and sharing production data as needed.
