Brian Kennedy

Brian Kennedy is an Executive Search Consultant at SCM Talent Group, where he partners with companies to identify, attract, and recruit top supply chain and operations leadership talent. His recruiting experience spans a variety of industries, including manufacturing, food and beverage, consumer packaged goods, logistics, and distribution, with a focus on manager-level through executive leadership positions.

Brian has been immersed in the supply chain recruiting industry since joining SCM Talent Group in 2019. He began his career on the marketing side of executive search, eventually becoming Marketing Manager, where he played an instrumental role in expanding the firm’s industry presence, strengthening its talent network, and driving business growth.

His extensive background in digital marketing provides a unique advantage in executive recruiting. By combining traditional executive search practices with modern sourcing strategies, Brian takes a data-driven, relationship-focused approach to identifying and engaging high-caliber candidates, including passive talent that can be difficult to reach through conventional recruiting methods.

Brian holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Marketing from Appalachian State University.
