Provides direct leadership of specific areas within the Plant Supply Chain Operations. Operations include receiving, preparation of raw materials, conversion of raw materials, fill and close seaming processes, thermal retort processes, labeling, and shipping product. This position is responsible for leading a team on shift to deliver on the key measures of safety, quality, productivity, and service.
