Vice President Replenishment
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The VP of Replenishment Strategy and Innovation is a senior supply chain leadership role responsible for setting enterprise replenishment strategy, optimizing inventory performance, improving service levels, and driving working capital efficiency. This leader partners closely with senior supply chain leadership, regional and market executives, field buying teams, and cross-functional partners to ensure replenishment practices, systems, and performance metrics align with business goals. The role requires a strong strategic operator who can translate business priorities into scalable replenishment processes, lead in a functionalized organization, leverage forecasting and replenishment technologies, and hold leaders accountable for measurable performance outcomes.
Successful candidates should bring deep expertise in replenishment, demand planning, inventory optimization, supplier planning, and KPI-driven performance management, ideally within a food, distribution, or similarly complex supply chain environment. Given the scale of responsibility, talent selection should emphasize executive presence, analytical rigor, change leadership, cross-functional influence, and the ability to modernize processes through data, systems, and industry best practices.
