Rodney has specialized in end-to-end supply chain recruitment for the majority of his 25-year career and has filled more than 1,000 professional to executive supply chain positions. Rodney is also a Co-Founder of Supply Chain Careers – the hub for advancing supply chain careers.
Rodney’s passion for the field of supply chain management is evident through his involvement within the industry and various supply chain associations. He has presented at multiple ASCM (formerly APICS) global conferences, has served as the ASCM Career Coach from 2014-2021, and from 2017-2021 was a SCM Now Department Author, contributing articles under “Professional Development”. Rodney also authors the Supply Chain Talent Blog where he shares best practices in supply chain recruiting, retention, talent development, job search strategy, resume optimization, interviewing techniques, and related topics.

Meet Hinesh Patel:

Hinesh is a Senior Partner and serves as Head of Executive Search for SCM Talent Group. He provides senior leadership for the firm and oversees all retained, executive-level search engagements.  Simultaneously he is a Co-Founder of Supply Chain Careers – the hub for advancing supply chain careers.
Hinesh is based in Chicago and was recently a Principal for Egon Zehnder, a tier-one global executive talent consulting firm. He is deeply experienced in general management for global companies, with particular strengths in business management, strategy, mergers & acquisitions, operations, and corporate development. At Egon Zehnder, he led the Chemical Practice and previously led the Supply Chain & Operations Practice for North America. Previously, Hinesh reported to the CEO as Corporate Development Officer for Hillenbrand Inc.
